Top Tier Cakes is owned and operated by Sandy Ayers, an expert baker with an entrepreneurial background. She has additional experience in catering events such as weddings, dinners, and other special occasions and is an accomplished chocolatier, having worked for a national franchise. In addition to a cooking degree, she has studied cake decorating in New York City at the Institute for Culinary Education.
